The god of the Iglesia ni Cristo is a Cruel Man

The true God of the Bible is love. Those that are His, love in words and in deed.

The true God of the Bible is love.

People killin’, people dyin’
Children hurt and you hear them cryin’
Can you practice what you preach?
And would you turn the other cheek?

Apparently for the INC or Iglesia Ni Cristo, the answer is a sordid, “No.”

In the midst of the terror and desperation that Typhoon Haiyan (Yolanda) brought, they closed the doors of their edifice in Iloilo at a time when their fellow Filipinos badly needed refuge.

A post by Mai Militante has this ‘shocking story’ to tell:

Mai Militante's post on social media shows how the INC shut their doors to victims of Typhoon Haiyan in Iloilo.

‘Because They Are Not Members of the Church’

The INC proclaims that it is the true church, and that only those inside it will be saved. Add their belief of dying or killing for their professed messenger of God brings salvation, their ‘gospel’ leaves no iota of good news to non-INCs. In fact, Philippine papers, including a Supreme Court Reports Annotated, have long recorded such acts of cruelty from the sect.

But INC’s cruelest act lies deep in their doctrine about the Lord Jesus Christ: He is only man and has never been God, nor will He ever be.

It is impossible to mentally process and emotionally digest how Someone whose voice can calm the storm and raise the dead is only man, all the more when INC teaches their founder to be an angel.

The real Christ of the Bible was sent to lay down His life for sinners, even for those who hurt Him and nailed Him on the cross. In doctrine and in deed, He is not the Christ of the INC. After all, God is love.

Father, Father, Father help us
Send some guidance from above
‘Cause people got me, got me questionin’
Where is the love?
